(إلا أن يكون إمامًا، فلا) يكره أن يتخطى رقاب الناس (لحاجة) لتعين مكانه، وألحق به في "الغنية" المؤذن. (أو يرى) غير الإمام (فرجة لا يصل إليها إلا به) أي بالتخطي، فلا يكره؛ لأنهم أسقطوا حق أنفسهم بتأخرهم.
