(فإن سأل) الصدقة (قبلها) أي الخطبة (ثم جلس لها) أي للخطبة، أي استماعها (جازا) أي التصدق عليه ومناولته الصدقة، قال الإمام أحمد : هذا لم يسأل والإمام يخطب.
