(ولا يكره) لذكر (حلق رأسه، ولو لغير نسك وحاجة) كقصه. قال ابن عبد البر : أجمع العلماء في جميع الأمصار على إباحة الحلق، وكفى بهذا حجة. وحرم بعضهم حلقه على مريد لشيخه؛ لأنه ذل وخضوع لغير الله .
