(ولا يشترط لها إذن الإمام، ولا لاستسقاء، كصلاتهما) أي الاستسقاء والكسوف (منفردًا) لأن كلا منهما نافلة، وليس إذنه شرطًا في نافلة، وكالجمعة وأولى.
