(ولا يجب) التداوي (ولو ظن نفعه) لكن يجوز اتفاقًا، ولا ينافي التوكل؛ لخبر أبي الدرداء: أن رسول الله - صلى الله عليه وسلم - قال: (إن الله أنزَل الداءَ والدواءَ، وجعل لكلِّ داءٍ دواءً، فتَدَاووا، ولا تَدَاووا بالحرام) .
