(ثم ينوي) غاسل الميت بعد تجريده، وستر عورته، وتنجيته (غسلَه) لتعذر النية من الميت، وقيام الغاسل مقامه (ونيته) أي: الغسل، (فرض) فلا يصح غسله بدونها؛ لحديث:"إنما الأعمال بالنيات"، لكن عدّها شرطًا أنسب؛ لِما تقدم.
