(ثم يسمي) الغاسل، فيقول: بسم الله، لا يقوم غيرها مقامها. (وحكمها) أي: التسمية هنا (حكم تسمية وضوء، وغسل حي) فتجب مع الذِّكر، وتسقط سهوًا، قياسًا على الوضوء.
