(ولا يسرح شعره، قال القاضي: يكره) لما فيه من تقطيع الشعر من غير حاجة إليه. وروي عن عائشة:"أنها مرت بقوم يسرحونَ شعر ميتٍ، فنهتهمْ عن ذلك، وقالت: علامَ تنصُون ميتكمَ؟ ". أي: لا تسرحوا رأسه بالمشط؛ لأنه يقطع الشعر وينتفه.
