(وفروضه) أي: الوضوء جمع فرض، وهو لغة: الحز والقطع، وشرعًا: ما أثيب فاعله وعوقب تاركه (ستة) : (غسل الوجه) لقوله تعالى: {إِذَا قُمْتُمْ إِلَى الصَّلَاةِ فَاغْسِلُوا وُجُوهَكُمْ}.
