(و) يحرم -أيضًا- بـ (ـحرير ومذهَّب) ومفضَّض (ولو لامرأة) لأنه إنما أبيح لها في حال الحياة؛ لأنها محلُّ الزينة والشهوة، وقد زال ذلك بموتها (و) لو لـ (ـصبي) كما يحرم عليه حال الحياة وأولى.
