(ويحل) الحدث الأصغر (جميع البدن كجنابة) ذكره القاضي، وأبو الخطاب، وأبو الوفاء، وأبو يعلى الصغير. ويؤيده أن المحدث لا يحل له مس المصحف بعضو غسله في الوضوء حتى يتم وضوءه.
