(وإن جُبِيَ كفنه (١) ) أي: الميت لحاجة، وفضل منه شيء (فما فضل) منه (فلربه، أن عُلم) لأنه دفعه ظنًا منه أنه محتاج إليه، فتبين أنه مستغنى عنه، فيرد إليه
