(والأولى) لمن يصلي على الميت (معرفة ذكوريته وأنوثيته واسمه، وتسميته) أي: الميت (في دعائه) له، (ولا يعتبر ذلك) أي: معرفة كونهم رجالًا أو نساء؛ لعدم اختلاف المقصود باختلاف ذلك.
