(ولو صلى) الإمام الأعظم أو قاضيه (عليهما) أي: على الغالِّ وقاتل نفسه عمدًا (فلا بأس، كبقية الناس) لأن امتناعه من ذلك ردع وزجر؛ لا لتحريمه.
