(ثم إن وجد الباقي) من الميت غسل وكفن وجوبًا، و (صلِّي عليه ودفن بجنبه) أي: جنب قبره، أو في جانب القبر (ولم ينبش) ما تقدم دفنه، ليضاف إليه الباقي؛ احترامًا له.
