(ودخول الوقت على من حدثه دائم لفرضه) أي: فرض ذلك الوقت؛ لأن طهارته طهارة عذر وضرورة، فتقيدت بالوقت كالتيمم. وعلم منه أنه لو توضأ لفائتة أو طواف أو نافلة صح متى أراده.
