(إلا بدار حرب، إذا تعذر نقله) أي: الميت (فالأولى تسويته) أي: القبر (بالأرض، وإخفاؤه) أولى من إظهاره وتسنيمه؛ خوفًا من أن ينبش، فيمثَّل به.
