(و) يحرم (اتخاذ المسجد عليها) أي: القبور (وبينها) لحديث أبي هريرة أن النبي - صلى الله عليه وسلم - قال:"لعنَ اللهُ اليهودَ اتخذُوا قبورَ أنبيائِهمْ مساجِدَ". متفق عليه
