(فإن حفر فوجد فيها) أي: الأرض (عظامًا، دفنها) أي: العظام، أي: أبقاها مكانها، وأعاد التراب كما كان، ولم يجز دفن ميت آخر عليه، نصًا (وحفر في مكان آخر) خالٍ من الأموات.
