(ولا بأس به) أي: السلام (على الصبيان؛ تأديبًا لهم) هذا معنى كلام ابن عقيل. وذكر القاضي في "المجرد"، وصاحب "عيون المسائل" فيها، والشيخ عبد القادر: أنه يستحب. وذكره في "شرح مسلم" إجماعًا. والصبيان - بكسر الصاد، وضمها لغة - قاله في "الآداب".
