(وتجب) الزكاة (في متولد بين وحشي وأهلي) من بقر أو غنم (تغليبًا) للوجوب (واحتياطًا) لتحريم قتله، وإيجاب الجزاء فيه على المُحْرِم، والنصوص تتناوله (فتضم إلى جنسها الأهلي) في تكميل النصاب.
