(وحكم دَين الله) تعالى (من كفارة وزكاة ونذر مطلق ودين حج ونحوه) كإطعام في قضاء رمضان (كدين آدمي) في منعه وجوبَ الزكاة في قدره؛ لوجوب قضائه، وقوله - صلى الله عليه وسلم -: "دَينُ اللهِ أحقُّ أنْ يقْضَى".
