(وإن لم يكن) الأصل (نصابًا، فحوله من حين كمل النصاب) لأنّه حينئذٍ يتحقق فيه التبعية، فلذا وجبت فيه الزكاة، وقبل ذلك لا تجب فيه الزكاة؛ لنقصانه عن النصاب.
