(ولو أبدل نصاب سائمة بمثله، ثم ظهر على عيب بعد أن وجبت الزكاة) أو تم الحول (فله الردُّ) للعيب (ولا تسقط الزكاة عنه) لاستقرارها بمضي الحول، كما لو تلف النصاب.
