(إلا الزرع والثمر، إذا تلف بجائحة قبل حصاد وجذاذ) أو بعدهما قبل وضع في جرين ونحوه؛ لعدم استقرارها قبل ذلك. (ويأتي) في باب زكاة الخارج من الأرض.
