(فإن كان معها) أي: الزكاة ونحوها من ديون الله تعالى (دين آدمي) بلا رهن (وضاق ماله) أي: الميت (اقتسموا) التركة (بالحصص) كديون الآدميين إذا ضاق عنها المال
