(وإن لم يجد إلا حقة وأربع بنات لبون، أداها) أي: الحقة وأربع بنات اللبون (وأخد الجيران) لدفعه الحقة عن بنت لبون (ولم يكن له دفع ثلاث بنات لبون وحقة مع الجبران) لعدوله عن الفرض مع وجوده، كما تقدم.
