(فإن عدم ما يليها) أي: السن التي وجبت عليه؛ بأن لم تكن في ماله أو كانت معيبة (انتقل إلى الأخرى) أي: التي تلي التي تليها من أسفل أو فوق (وضاعف الجبران) الذي يعطيه أو يأخذه
