(فلو كان النصاب) من الإبل (كله مراضًا، وعدمت الفريضة فيه، فله) أي: المالك (دفع السن السفلى) بأن وجبت عليه بنت لبون، فأخرج عنها بنت مخاض (مع الجبران، وليس له دفع) السن
