(ولا) تؤخذ (حامل) لقول عمر: "لا تؤخذ الربى ولا الماخِضُ ولا الأكولَةُ". (ولا طروقةُ الفحل: لأنها تحمل غالبًا، ولا خِيارُ المال) أي: نفيسه؛ لشرفه، ولحقِّ المالك.
