(ولا يتَّجر ذو السلطان في الفلوس؛ بأن يشتري نُحاسًا، فيضربه، فيتجر فيه) لأنه تضييق (ولا بأن يُحرِّم عليهم الفلوس التي بأيديهم ويضرب لهم غيرها) لأنه إضرار بالناس، وخسران عليهم
