(ويُخرج عن جيدٍ صحيح ورديء من جنسه) أي: فيخرج عن جيد صحيح جيدًا صحيحًا؛ لأن إخراج غير ذلك خبيث، فلم يجز، وكالماشية. ويخرج عن الرديء رديئًا؛ لأنها مواساة. (و) إن كان المال أنواعًا، أخرج (من كل نوع بحصته) كالحب والثمر.
