(وإن أخرج عن الأعلى مكسرًا، أو بهرجًا، وهو الرديء، زاد قَدْر ما بينهما من الفضل، وأجزأ) ه ذلك؛ لأنه أدى الواجب عليه قَدْرًا وقيمة، أشبه ما لو أخرج من عينه.
