(وإن اشترى نصابَ سائمة لتجارة بنصابِ سائمة لقُنْية، بَنَى) على حوله؛ لأن السَّوم سببٌ للزكاة، قُدِّم عليه زكاة التجارة لقوَّته، فبزوال المعارض ثبت حكم السوم ولظهوره.
