(وتلزم المُكاتَب فِطرة زوجته، و) فِطرة (قريبه ممن تلزمه مؤنته) كولده التابع له في الكتابة (و) فطرة (رقيقه) كفِطرة نفسه؛ لدخوله في عموم النص؛ ولأنه مسلم تلزمه نفقة من ذكر، فلزمته فِطرته، كالحُرِّ، لا على سيده.
