(فمن أسلم بعد ذلك) أي: بعد الغروب (أو تزوج) امرأة بعده (أو ولد له ولد) بعده (أو ملك عبدًا) بعده (أو كان معسرًا وقت الوجوب، ثم أيسر بعده، فلا فطرة) عليه، لعدم وجود سبب الوجوب
