(ومثل ذلك لو دفعها) أي: الزكاة (ربُّ المال إلى مستحقِّها كرهًا وقهرًا) -حالان من ربّ المال- فتجزئه. وتقدم أنه لو أُكره على عبادة وفعلها لداعي الشرع، صحت، لا لداعي الإكراه.
