كشاف القناعal-Buhuti

(فإن خالف وفعل) أي: نقل الزكاة إلى بلد تُقصر فيه الصلاة، (أجزأه) المنقول؛ للعمومات؛ ولأنه دفع الحق إلى مستحقه، فبرئ كالدَّين والفِطرة، كزكاة المال فيما تقدم.
