(وإن أخَّر السَّاعي قسمة زكاة عنده بلا عذر، كاجتماع الفقراء، أو) اجتماع (الزكاة، لم يجز) له ذلك (ويضمن ما تلف لتفريطه) بالتأخير (كوكيل في إخراجها يؤخِّره) بلا عذر.
