(ويَحرُم السؤال) أي: سؤال الزكاة أو الكفَّارة (وله ما يُغنيه) أي: يكفيه؛ لأنه لا يَحِلُّ له أخذهما إذن، ووسائل المُحرَّم محرَّمة.
