(ويُشتَرط علمه) أي: العامل على الزكاة (بأحكام الزكاة، إن كان من عُمَّال التفويض) أي: الذين يفوض إليهم عموم الأمر؛ لأنه إِذا لم يكن عالمًا بذلك لم تكن فيه كفاية له.
