كشاف القناعal-Buhuti

(وإن أُعطي) العامل من الزكاة (فله الأخذ، وإن تطوَّع بعمله؛ لقصة عمر) رضي الله عنه، وهي أنه - صلى الله عليه وسلم - أمرَ لهُ بعُمالة، فقال: إنما عمِلْتُ لله، فقال. "إذا أُعطيتَ شيئًا من غير أن تسألَ، فكلْ وتصَدَّقْ". متفق عليه .
