(وإن شَهِدَ أهل السُّهمان) -بضم السين- أي: جمع سهم كالسهام، وهم أهل الزكاة القابضون لها (له) أي: للعامل (أو عليه، لم يقبل) منهم ذلك؛ لما فيها من جَلْبِ النفع.
