(وإلا) أي: وإن لم يكن أعطي ليكف شره، كأن أعطي ليقوى إيمانه أو إسلام نظيره، أو نصحه في الجهاد، أو الدفع عن المسلمين ونحوه (حلَّ) له ما أخذه، كباقي أهل الزكاة.
