(ولا يدفع) من الزكاة (إلى من عُلِّق عتقه على مجيء المال) لأنه ليس كالمُكاتَب، إذ لا يملك كسبه ، ولا يصرف إليه أرش جنايته، فالإعطاء له إعطاء لسيده، لا في الرقاب.
