(ولا يجوز لربِّ المال أن يشتري ما يَحتاج إليه الغازي) من سلاح وخيل ونحوه (ثم يصرفه إليه) أي: إلى الغازي (لأنه قيمة) أي: إخراج قيمة، وقد تقدم أنه لا يجزئ.
