(ولا يُزاد أحدٌ منهم) أي: من أهل الزكاة عن ذلك؛ لأن الدفع للحاجة، فيتقيد بها (ولا ينقص) أحد منهم (عن ذلك) لعدم اندفاع حاجته إذن.
