(والباقون) وهم الفقراء والمساكين والعاملون عليها والمؤلَّفة قلوبهم (يأخذون أخذًا مستقرًا، فلا يَردُّون شيئًا) لأنهم ملكوها ملكًا مستقرًا، وتقدم الفرق بينهم قريبًا .
