(فإن ادعى أن له عيالًا) ليأخذ لهم من الزكاة (قُلِّدَ) في ذلك (وأُعطي) كفايتهم؛ لأن الظاهر صدقه، وتشق إقامة البينة على ذلك لاسيما على الغريب، وكما يقلد في حاجة نفسه.
