كشاف القناعal-Buhuti

(ويُستحبُّ صرفها) أي: الزكاة (إلى أقاربه الذين لا تلزمه مؤنتهم) لقوله - صلى الله عليه وسلم -: "صدقَتُكَ على ذِي القَرَابَةِ صَدَقةٌ وَصِلَةٌ". رواه الترمذي والنسائي (ويفرِّقها) أي: الزكاة (فيهم) أي: في أقاربه الذين لا تلزمه مؤنتهم (على قَدْر حاجتهم) لأنها مراعاة.
